CHICAGO – March 12, 2024 – Lactalis USA, the world’s leading dairy company, was recognized for its dairy producing expertise at the World Championship Cheese Contest, the world’s premier technical competition for cheese, butter and yogurt. Lactalis USA secured 21 medals, including eight gold medals and nine silver medals across its broad portfolio of award-winning dairy products. Lactalis’ premier global brands, Galbani and Président were recognized with eight medals.

Nampa, Idaho – August 15, 2023 – Boise State Athletics and Lactalis American Group today announced a partnership that makes the Galbani brand of Italian cheeses the “Preferred Cheese of the Broncos”. The partnership includes an in-stadium presence at football and basketball games, and brings gameday recipes to Broncos fans. CHICAGO – Feb. 24, 2023 – Lactalis USA was recognized this week for dairy production expertise with 20 medals at the United States Championship Cheese Contest conducted by the Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association (WCMA). The contest is considered the country’s premier technical contest for cheese, butter, yogurt and dry dairy ingredients. Product entries are judged by a team of highly qualified dairy processing experts on attributes such as flavor, body, texture, salt, color, finish, packaging and others.

BUFFALO, N.Y. – Aug. 10, 2022 – The Buffalo Bills today announced that Galbani has been selected as the Official Cheese of the Buffalo Bills. Galbani is a hometown cheese brand, manufactured in Buffalo by Lactalis American Group.

Nampa, IDAHO – March 15, 2022 – Lactalis American Group today announced that Olivier Delobbe has been named site director of its Nampa, Idaho plant. Delobbe has been promoted to the position after more than 25 years with Lactalis, most recently as assistant site director in Nampa. He is now responsible for leading and directing all aspects of production, quality, food safety and personnel at Lactalis’ largest production plant in the United States.
